Lately, I get a lot of questions about the missing purchase error when using clickfunnels. I have seen pictures of some people sent to me, and I understand the error you are facing.

When developing a new funnel, you will most likely get a missing purchase error if you don’t pay attention. If you do not re-check the funnel after installation, the customer will most likely be unable to purchase your product. To be more precise, your funnel is not working. So I recommend that after installing the funnel, try buying products on your funnel to check if the missing purchase error occurs. If it does, find the reasons I listed below to fix.
Instructions to fix missing purchase error in clickfunnels
Case 1: You have not added a product to the funnel.
When setting up purchases on your funnel, you’ll need to add products to your funnel, so your customers can make a payment for you. Need to check the product was created on your page or not? If you don’t have a product, immediately add it.
Case 2: Check your on-page factors
This happens very often because when you build a funnel, you may forget to link elements together, so the features cannot work.
You can follow the steps just below to check the details.
Step 1: Go to the order form, tab on the left in the dashboard, and manage your funnel.
Step 2: Please click on “Edit Page.” This will help you re-edit the Page Oder.
Step 3: Above the order form, add a new element just like the other funnel elements.
Step 4: Select an element as “Order Select” from the window that appears on the right side
Step 5: A selection element has been added to your page order. This is to help your funnel understand that you selected a product before making a payment.
Step 6: Save your changes and check your funnel again after it’s done.
Case 3: Review your payment gateway.
You need to double-check that your payment gateway is working and connected to your funnel. Make sure your channel is
Case 4: Remove the tracking code on your funnel.
Many tracking codes affect your funnel activity. If you use the tracking code on your funnel, try deleting it and recheck your funnel after deleting.
